Ipswich Town have signed Morocco defender Issa Diop from Fulham for an undisclosed fee.
Ipswich Town have completed the signing of Moroccan centre-back Issa Diop from Premier League rivals Fulham for an undisclosed fee. The 27-year-old has put pen to paper on a three-year contract with the option of a further 12 months.
Diop, standing at 1.94m, is known for his physicality and defensive prowess. He began his career at Toulouse before moving to West Ham United in 2018 for €22 million. After four seasons in London, he joined Fulham in 2022, where he made 57 appearances and scored two goals.
